External Data Sources are part of the SmartSolve forms management framework that supports end-user defined data sources for look-up and drop down list value selection. With electronic data sources you can:

The External Data Sources utility allows users to configure fields in SmartSolve to zoom (search) or to display information from a data source outside of the application.
