Auditee Response Form

When an end user enters the audit Exception list from the Things to Do | Items Need Sign-off page, the list contains all exceptions that have not been closed and all exceptions that require a response. A new Auditee Action Plan form has been provided by Pilgrim and can be accessed from pilgrim's Customer Support Website and imported into your SmartAuditTM system using Forms Designer.
