Assessments

A trainer (or requirement owner) may choose to include an assessment as part of the certification process to evaluate the quality of training or knowledge gained. An assessment is a set of one or more questions about a course or document requirement. The following default statuses are available in the system:

Inworks - This status means that the assessment is being created and is not available for use.
Current - This status means the assessment is available for use.
Expired - This status means the assessment is not available for use.

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view assessments:

Rights	Description
ASM_VIEW	Allows the user to view assessments.
ASM_MANAGE	Allows the administrator to add, view, edit, and delete an Assessment record.
ASE_VIEW	Allows a user to view assessment results.
ASE_MANAGE	Allows the user to take an assigned assessment.

Global vs. Local

Global assessments will be inherited by all Local organizations.
Local assessments will only be viewed and used within that Local organization.
