Performing Document Batch Certification

Document batch certification is performed when a group of trainees need to be certified on a document or group of documents. The document(s) is not required for training, but needs sign off. However, the users do not have access to the system to perform the sign off. Configure the following:

  1. Create a course named "Document Training" and activate it.
  2. Create a training session and attach the newly created course.
  3. From the Reference folder in the training session, attach the document(s) as a fulfilled requirement.
  4. Add trainees to the roster.
  5. Assign training results and close the session.
    Result: Each trainee attached to the roster will now have fulfilled the document requirement.
