Default Dashboards
Default dashboards come standard with the Training Management solution and can be modified by a system administrator.
Training Management provides the following default dashboards:
- Certification Sign-off - Displays all items related to the logged in user's certification.
- Manager Workspace - Displays all items related to review and approval of persons who report to the logged in manager. From the Certification Information Workspace, the manager can see which trainings have been failed so the manager can revoke the training to allow the user to re-take it. This informs the manager/trainer of the failure and also prevents stoppages in the certification workflow. This dashboard also includes the manager's personal items for certification so the logged in manager can access all of their items in one place.
- Trainer Workspace - Displays all items related to trainings under the trainer's coordination. This dashboard also includes the trainer's personal items for certification so the logged in trainer can access all of their items in one place.
To set a default dashboard:

Open the dashboard you want to set as the default.

Click Set As Default at the top of the dashboard.

Click the Ok button.
Result: The selected dashboard will now be displayed every time you log into the application.
