Groups

The Group table stores predefined groups of roles and possibly actors used to perform various approvals and reviews. By defining groups, you standardize who must sign-off on approvals and reviews which avoids adding all of the approvers to every record.

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view groups:

Rights Description

GRP_MANAGE

Allows the administrator to add new objects, modify existing objects, or delete objects.

GRP_VIEW

Allows the user to access and view objects.
