Operations

Each operation configured in the SmartSolve application must be attached to a standard operation.

NOTE: Some customers might not need to use both levels of process tables and might go one level down from the organization unit using only this operation table, therefore, this table may not be configured in your application.

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view operations:

Rights Description

OPR_MANAGE

Allows the administrator to add new objects, modify existing objects, or delete objects.

OPR_VIEW

Allows the user to access and view the objects.
