Once installed, the Document Management solution provides administrators and users with a Global organization to log into (with assigned permissions). Customers can rename this Global organization to their company name and address which will eventually display on system report headers. Administrators can then create additional organizations for specific purposes and users.
User Rights
The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view organizations:
Rights | Description |
---|---|
ORG_MANAGE |
Allows administrators to add new objects, modify existing objects, or delete objects. |
ORG_VIEW |
Allows a user to access and view objects. |
UMG_VIEW |
Must be assigned to the administrator along with the Organization right to access the Organization objects. |
