Searching for a Document

Documents can be searched using specific search parameters or they can be searched by filtering them by document type or owner.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home link at the top of the window.
  2. In the Document Management section of the list, select Find > Search Documents.
  1. Enter information in the Search In Documents For field to perform a full text search on a document title or description.
  2. Click the drop down arrows in the Search section to specify the search parameters and click the Search button.
    Result: The search results are displayed.

NOTE: Click the Add button to add additional rows and specify additional parameters.

  1. Click the Document No.
