A Harm is entered in the system to specify an injury or damage to the health of people, property, or the environment. When a harm is added to the system, the status is Active. A harm can be deactivated from the edit window.
User Rights
The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view harms:

HMST_MANAGE |
Allows the administrator to add new, modify existing, or delete Harm records. |

HMST_VIEW |
Allows the user to access, select, and view Harm records. |
