Clients

Clients are maintained under the Organization Units section of Setup. A client can include any individual or company outside of your organization, such as a customer or contractor.

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view clients:

Rights Description

CLI_MANAGE

Allows the administrator to add new clients, modify existing clients, or delete clients.

CLI_VIEW

Allows the user to access and view clients.
